Benefits-USA was developed as an exciting new program intended to address some of the increasing threats to the financial security and medical welfare of people today. This program will help your business or you as an individual or family counter the attacks on your business or personal life coming from a number of directions!

The selected programs were assembled from industry-leading benefit providers into an affordable, integrated package that is marketed and managed in an efficient web-based program.

The Benefits-USA Program resulted from an intensive analysis of the many threats facing Americans and their families today and an effort to develop a package of non-health insurance benefits to counter those threats. The selection criteria was a combination of demonstrated real need and high consumer value for the benefit cost.

We think of the program as a Family LifestyleProtection Program and is available on either a Voluntary or Employer-Paid basis.

Lee Gerber-Background and Experience includes:

Over the span of 20 years in the healthcare field, he served in several sales and leadership positions.  During this period he developed a broad range of sales and marketing areas of expertise that includes strategy development; sales support and communications; sales channel development; sales compensation and recognition programs.

He has in extensive experience in employee benefits including medical, disability, dental, life, consumer and worksite products.

Lee spent 22 years on Wall Street and served in positions responsible for capital raising and additionally specialized in start-up and turnaround operations for venture-backed companies.

Mr. Gerber lives in Lawrence , NY with his wife of 42 years and has two adult children. He is a graduate of Bernard Baruch CCNY, and holds a degree in Economics.


Jerry Turney- Background and Experience includes:

Jerry is a veteran of more than 35 years in the insurance industry and served in senior management positions within the Blue Cross/Blue Shield System in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix, AZ. 

He served as a senior executive and member of the Board of Directors of The Harden Companies, a national Third Party Administrator headquartered in Concord, California. 

He served in senior management positions in sales management for Worksite Programs, Voluntary Benefit Programs and Special Risk Programs with Pan American Life Insurance Company of New Orleans, LA. 

In addition to his duties with BENEFITS-USA, Mr. Turney serves as President of the Self Funded Employer Association, a major national insurance industry trade association.

Mr. Turney lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife of 25 years and has a degrees in Economics and Journalism from Arkansas University.
